A Familie Rave and The Return of Levenshulme Jumble Trail
Get these events in your diary pronto!
Levenshulme’s Jumble Trail is returning on Sunday 10th of September for another mammoth jumblefest stretching the entire Levenshulme circumference again. For all the details of how to join in or come and look around, go here
Carly Ralph (aka Carly Warly) is the official jumble champion for Levenshulme, coordinating the event and make sure it’s bigger and better than before. She adds:
“Each event keeps getting bigger and better with stalls outside houses and in local spaces across Levenshulme selling all kinds of wonderful treats and treasures!
It’s a fantastic day for all the family to de-clutter, get out, make some money, meet the neighbours, bag some bargains and make new friends!”
With over a fortnight to go, there are already 57 stalls confirmed, from West Point Garden’s 5 pitches and The Klondyke’s too, acting as anchor spots for the rest of the trek. Coffee Crank’s will be pitched up selling refreshments and this year we have word that the sandwich kings of Levenshulme – Pastrami Now will be pitching up outside their home to keep us from fainting of hunger and Panther & Elephant have got some ice cold beers on tap at their pitch too!
We predict it’s going to reach 100 stalls, whether they are serving cakes, doing it for charity or getting rid of weird and wonderful household things you never knew you needed so much.
We recommend you get your comfiest shoes on and your granny shoppers at the ready!
Along with the might of the Jumble Trail itself, another, equally exciting venture is taking place at The Klondyke on Sunday between 2pm and 4pm when you’re all shopped out with the kids.
