Open Minded Fitness Group have an open minded approach to fitness and want to make it as fun and as beneficial for heath as possible.

We’re not looking for quick fixes and gimmicks, just fun and interesting ways to get healthy.  We don’t want to post a video to show off how much weight we can lift, we’d much rather tell you about a healthy snack that will help you get through your day without resorting to junk food; or a simple exercise you can do at home to make that all important first step towards becoming more healthy.
